1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the HausMart website and platform ("HausMart", "we", "us", "our"), operated by HausMart Ltd. By accessing or using HausMart, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use HausMart.

2. Ownership and intellectual property

HausMart, the HausMart logo, the tagline "Smart way to sell your home", and all content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations and other materials on this platform are the property of HausMart Ltd or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.

You may view, download and print content from HausMart for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of HausMart without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these terms are reserved by HausMart Ltd.

3. Use of the platform

HausMart provides a property matching service for buyers, sellers, estate agents and related service providers in the United Kingdom. You may create an account, list properties, search for properties, save searches, swipe on listings, request valuations, and interact with partner services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use HausMart. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account details up to date.

4. Listings and user content

When you submit a property listing, description, photograph, video, valuation request or other content to HausMart, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content on the platform and in our marketing.

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any content you submit, that it is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Valuations and data

Valuation estimates provided by HausMart are generated using HM Land Registry Price Paid Data, UK House Price Index data and other public sources. They are estimates for information purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or a formal appraisal. You should obtain an independent valuation before making any financial decision.

6. Partner services

HausMart may display or introduce you to third-party partners such as estate agents, EPC assessors, solicitors, surveyors and mortgage brokers. We clearly label sponsored or partner content. Your relationship with any partner is governed by that partner's own terms. HausMart is not responsible for the services provided by partners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HausMart Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, HausMart.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HausMart at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or our business.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of HausMart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
