Government reform wants moves measured in weeks, not months. So do we.
The government's Home Buying and Selling Reform Roadmap, published on 19 June 2026, will require sales packs at the point of listing, move binding commitment earlier, and make digital property logbooks standard — cutting around four weeks from the average move and saving first-time buyers about £650. Yes. A standard HausMart listing is free with no commission and no tie-in. You keep control of viewings, enquiries and offers. Optional paid upgrades add more photographs and more frequent promotion.
What is a Match Score?
A personal 0–100 score showing how closely a property fits your brief — location and travel time, price against your budget, bedrooms, property type and the lifestyle places you pinned. Higher-scoring homes appear first in your deck.
What is a Demand Score?
A seller-side score built from anonymised buyer behaviour: how many active buyers match your home, your right-swipe rate against the local average, saves, detailed views and viewing enquiries — evidence of genuine demand rather than portal page views.
